Check Your Grades

Instructors are asked to turn in grades 48 hours after the final exam (24 hours for students graduating at the end of that semester). Instructors can either enter grades via UNCGenie or turn them in to the Registrar's Office for data entry.

As soon as the grades have been entered they are available for viewing via UNCGenie. Grade reports are not mailed, you must view them online.

Undergraduates who have enough credits and good enough grades may be placed on the Dean's List or the Chancellor's List as recognition of their high achievement. After all of your grades are in, academic standing will be calculated as well as Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress.

For more information about Grade Appeals, Grade Changes, Repeated Courses, etc., visit the University Registrar's Office Grade Related Information page.
