Pay Your Bill

Once you have registered you must fulfill your financial obligations to the University to confirm your schedule. If payment is not received by the due date, classes will be cancelled. All prior balances must be paid even if you have financial aid. FAILURE TO PAY A PRIOR BALANCE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF CLASSES.

Depending on when you register for classes you may or may not receive a printed bill. Payment deadlines vary depending on when you register for courses for a particular semester.

Ways to Pay

Cash - Bring to the Cashier's Office (151 Mossman).
Checks - Bring to the Cashier's Office or mail in.
              (Indicate student name & ID# on check)
Credit Card - In the Office, Over the Web (PDF), Through the mail*.
(Mastercard or Visa only). UNCG does not take Discover or AMEX.

After Hours - Payments can be made in person (cash, check, or credit card) 24 hours a day via a secured payment box at the entrance to the Mossman Building that is nearest to the Elliot University Center.
