The heart and soul of Enrollment Services is its people. The ESTEAM acronym represents the mission of Enrollment Services to professionally develop and appreciate these people. Intelligent, motivated, and well trained staff are absolutely necessary for the University to meet its goals. For this reason, Enrollment Services has embraced the learning organization model as a mechanism for staff development.
In addition, each employee develops their own individual learning plan in consultation with their supervisor. This serves as a guide for personal and professional development, helping each person to better meet the needs of the division while enhancing their own career development.
Since the inception of the Learning Organization concept in 2001, Enrollment Services staff members have spent nearly 20,000 hours in training.
